I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the machines received from Guangzhou Meiyi Salon Equipment Co., Ltd., represented by L. LAM, now identified as Ben L. Despite being advertised as high-quality products, they exhibited significant defects, including safety issues and damaged parts. Additionally, the delivery of the machines was substantially delayed, far beyond the agreed-upon timeframe.
I discovered that I was charged $574 for an express delivery service with a 7 to 9-day timeframe, but the machines were shipped using a slower method, which actually cost only $186. This reveals unfair practices by the supplier.
As a result, I cannot recommend Guangzhou Meiyi Salon Equipment Co., Ltd. to other customers. Their conduct during this transaction was disappointing and demonstrated a lack of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.

After we deliver the goods within the specified time, we have provided the customer with tracking number. It is not true that our customers say that we charge high freight rates but choose slow transportation methods. We have provided the customer with a freight bill to be paid to the shipping company. We actually chose air transportation and the goods arrived at the destination on time. However, UPS at the destination never picked up the goods, causing transportation delays. We always keep updating logistics information to customers.
For damaged accessories, this one was damaged during shipping. We can reissue new accessories to you.Sorry for inconveniencing you.
